I am Talon Buchholz, and I like all the stuff that typical teenage males affiliate themselves with, like video games, listening to music while I'm doing my artwork, and scrolling on social media.
My Story
Throughout my life, I have been intrigued in making abstract artworks. I found myself not very good at creating art pieces based on real life nouns. In Bakersfield, CA, you can find me making all sorts of arts and crafts, as well as other abstract pieces. On September 2025, I found my new inspiration for my next project. A wood piece, but with friendly features like if it's your new best friend! Wood Chucks I call them. I got the idea from a cartoon show called Bob's Burgers where a group of kids made these tiny wood pieces with googly eyes, so I marveled at that idea and instead made them more detailed, like adding clothes and expressions for example. I feel like Wood Chucks are my best work I've done throughout three years, that and a clay sculpture that I did long ago.
